They’re coming to town for the annual Delicious Food Show, running from October 17 to 19 at the Direct Energy Centre at Exhibition Place.
The Delicious Food Show is a 3 day food-lovers event designed to engage visitors in a delicious, all food, lifestyle and entertaining experience featuring hundreds of exhibitors, cooking demos, tastings, hands-on workshops, book signings, and appearances by Food Network and international celebrity chefs.

The Exclusive Chef Series features workshops by Mark McEwan (Top Chef Canada), Nadia G (Bitchin’ Kitchen), Chuck Hughes (Chopped Canada & other shows, cookbook author), Lucinda Scala Quinn (Martha Stewart Living), Tyler Florence (Great Food Truck Race) and Roger Mooking (Chopped Canada).

Delicious Food Show Sandwich Smackdown
Foodies on Foot presents the Sandwich Smackdown sponsored by Ace Bakery. Competitors Chefs Carlos Flores (No. 7 Hot Sauce and Cafe Con Leche), Breanne Coulton (Compass Group), and Martin Kouprie (Pangaea) will face off to create the ultimate sandwich.
The competition will be judged by a panel of celebrity judges including Matt Basile – aka Fidel Gastro (Travel and Escape’s Rebel Without A Kitchen, food truck Fidel Gastro’s and restaurant Lisa Marie), Andrea Nicholson (Food Network’s Restaurant Takeover, Killer Condiments, Top Chef Canada season 1 competitor), Trista Sheen (Top Chef Canada, Crush Wine Bar), and one guest.
Go cheer on your favourite chef and eat some sandwiches.
Abbey’s Kitchen Stadium, Delicious Food Show edition
Join Abbey in her pavilion sponsored by Samuel Adams and Fresita sparkling wine. This edition of Abbey’s Kitchen Stadium will pit 8 of Toronto’s top chefs against each other.
For only $5, you can purchase and sample any of the 16 dishes participating chefs have created using pantry items like Canola Growers, Vitamix, Samuel Adams, Fresita, Strauss Water, Italpasta, Sharwoods, Lagostina, Barry Callebout and more.
Participating chefs include Matty Matheson (Parts & Labour / P&L Burger), Jonathan Hamilton (Home of the Brave), Nick Liu (Dailo), Vittorio Colacitti (The Good Son / Top Chef Canada), Basilio Pesce (Porzia) and more.
