REAL FOOD EVENTS IN 62 COUNTRIES!

The first ever Food Revolution Day took place on Saturday, a day dedicated to standing up for, and celebrating, real food.

664 Cities In 62 Countries!

With just a six week lead in, Food Revolutionaries in 664 cities across 62 countries organised over 1,000 real food events! From a community picnic in Cape Fear, North Carolina to a cooking demo and food education day in the Philippines, children and adults all over the world joined the Food Revolution, sharing their knowledge on food and nutrition, teaching their favorite recipes and showing one another how to grow their own food.

A Message from Jamie

“I just wanted to say a huge thank you to everyone who played a part in Food Revolution Day 2012. I was celebrating in LA but kept a close eye on all the amazing community events happening across the world, and it’s just incredible to think that this is only the first year. I hope everyone can join us again in 2013, and let’s make it even bigger and better. Over the course of the next 12 months, see if you can engage other foodies in your countries to get involved and build the revolution in 2013. Thanks so much.”
