Terroir returns for its 8th year with the theme Growing Ideas: Community building and creative collaboration in the world of gastronomy.

Terroir is Canada’s leading annual food service and hospitality symposium bringing together the elite of Canada’s culinary industry including influential chefs, food writers, wine and food experts and business leaders.

Terroir 8 will showcase examples of how the industry shares ideas and collective resources to build strength.
