While I like the idea of paleo for its “eat real food” message, I agree with a lot of the article, especially this: “What’s harmful is when you misunderstand the way evolution works and end up worried that because humans didn’t use to do X, we shouldn’t do X now.” I also disagree with the headline and parts of the article. This makes it interesting to me.
